To realistically get a sexy flat firm tummy and six pack abs, you will have to work on your overall body fat. It does not make sense to focus just on one part of the body when all the other parts are lacking. When you bring your total body fat down it will be much more easier to get that sexy 6 pack abs or the flat stomach that you desire.
