Let's discuss a couple of realistic ways of getting a sexy flat stomach or 6 pack abs easily. It's so simple. The benefit of having a flat stomach or six pack abs is not just for looking good, but also for health reasons.

From personal experience it will take some discipline, sacrifice and will power to burn the FAT and cutting on calories in your body. Change your mindset about crash diets, because it is just a simple matter of changing your eating habits. Eat sensibly. Don't starve yourself or go on a hunger strike. Simply just eat your breakfast in the morning, have your lunch in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. Yes, you heard me ... the trick is to curb your appetite and desire for fatty foods (fries), sweets (chocolates) etc. and the in between eating. Don't eat after 7PM at night. Eat healthy food and drink lots of water. Reward yourself once a week with a pizza slice, piece of chocolate cake etc.
Just by implementing a sensible diet plan and walking everyday you will see results. From personal experience your body will start burning up the excess calories in your body. By having an active healthy lifestyle with a balance of exercise, your metabolism will start to work faster.
As the sayings goes ... Mind over matter, if you don't mind it doesn't matter, but since you are on this site it does matter.
It DOES MATTER to me that you are healthy, feel good about yourself and have and active healthy lifestyle.
The six pack abs / 8 pack abs ... call it what you want to, is just a reward for bringing your total body weight down. The end of the day the ball is in your court.
