ABDOMINAL BENCH CRUNCH EXERCISE

How to do it:

1. Use a bench or chair.  

2. Lay with your back flat on the floor and feet up on the bench, at a 90 degree angle.

3. Place your hands on the sides of your head.

4. Take a breath (inhale).

5. Slowly curl your shoulders towards your knees. Keep your lower back on the ground.

6. Contract the abs muscles and point your elbows towards your knees. Exhale

7. Hold curled position for a slow count of 1-5 seconds.

8. Slowly lower your torso, lightly touching your shoulder blades to the floor.
