ABDOMINAL DECLINE CRUNCH EXERCISE

This is a variation of the traditional crunch and is more difficult.
How to do it:
| 1. Set your incline
bench to approximately 35 - 45 degree angle.
3. Relax your head and
shoulders and place your hands at the side of your head. 4. This is not a sit-up
so your back won't be flat on the incline bench. You
will be sitting feet hooked at an approximately 95
degree angle. |
